It’s been months since I’ve written any news about Pauline Alice. Since last newsletter, a lot has happened: I’ve had a new baby, which means a lot less time to work, but so many ideas and choices to make…
And some of these choices are difficult to make: being a business owner is tough! Last year, I added a selection of fabrics and notions to the online shop, but unfortunately, it has not found enough public to keep going. At the end of November, it will then be closed. So if you wanted to order fabric from me, don’t wait too long!
Another change concerns the patterns. Prices have gone up and up in the last months, the costs of producing printed patterns are too high at the moment (paper, ink, shipping… everything has increased as I’m sure you’ve noticed). It’s been a long and difficult decision for me to make but the new pattern collection will be released exclusively as PDF. I wont be reprinting older patterns for the time being, but don’t worry, there’s still plenty of printed patterns in the shop. And I really hope I’ll be able to offer the new patterns in print in a near future.
